Position

We are looking for a new team member with qualification in tourism and experience in a similar field for the position of travel organizer and financial assistant for our Budapest-based travel agency. Although we organize trips around the world, we count on you primarily in our Budapest office with a great view.

What will you do

Participation in the organization of trips

Maintaining contact with foreign and domestic partners and passengers

Arrangement of flight tickets, transfers, insurances and hotel reservations

Managing confirmations

Invoicing, performing financial assistant duties

Managing ad hoc assistant tasks

Carrying out confidential tasks under the company manager


What we expect from you

Secondary education at least

Confident English language skills

Event organizer, assistant manager, office manager or working in tourism experience

A degree in tourism is of advantage

Independent and precise work, high workload


Skills of advantage

Confident German language skills

Education in tourism

Own car
