As an office manager, we would like you to ensure order and stable operation of the office, as well as arrange the necessary purchases and handle the mail.
You will be the first person that greets our visitors, who welcomes passengers and customers in the office.
We count on your work in preparing the meetings. Don’t worry, we have a cleaning lady coming regularly, but we would like you to keep order on a daily basis and work in an office suitable to receive guests.
We are receiving applicants with a secondary education at least.
You speak confident English, but speaking German is of advantage.
You come with assistant manager or office manager experience.
You have basic computer skills, you thrive in Word, Excel and PPT programs.
You can drive, having your own car is great but not necessary.

Since this position requires constant presence in the office, we expect you to work in the office every day.
We offer a full time position with a competitive fixed salary.
