Your task will include preparing operational materials related to our trips (passenger lists, transfer requests, room assignments, etc.) under the guidance of the project manager.
Supporting us with travel-related purchases, printing materials and other productions from preparation to delivery at the office.
You might help us with ad hoc manager assistant tasks too.
You will participate in the preparation and compilation of marketing and other related materials to support the project managers.
We look forward to your application if you have at least a secondary education.
You must have confident English language skills, both spoken and written, and it is an advantage if you can also speak German.
Have basic computer skills, thrive in Word, Excel and PPT programs.

We expect your help in a minimum of 20 hours a week, but you are also welcome to join our team full-time.
