Sales Manager

Join our constantly developing team in the Sales Manager position, promote our trips to new and regular customers and keep in touch with them until the tour starts.

Your task will be

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via phone or email.

Know our trips well, and be able to assist the customers with any questions or concerns that might arise. 

Close the deal by sending out the invoices and monitor payment arrival together with the financial assistant.

You are the first in line when it comes to customer communication. Answer the customer questions that emerge after the sale is closed, assist them with problem resolution.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships. We are proud to nurture a great regular customer base.

Proactively ask customers for feedback.

What we expect from you

You thrive when you communicate with people and the thrill of finding the best solutions for your customers keeps you going.

You have a higher education, and it is an advantage if you completed your studies in tourism or hospitality. 

Experience in sales as you’ll be promoting and selling our trips. 

Fluent English is essential, and we are happy if you are also confident in German.

Have excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

You are able to work independently and take responsibility for your decisions.

Be proactive and also able to work in a team, as you’ll be in close cooperation with our tour operation and finance department.  

You can handle several inquiries in parallel.
