An international financial company’s Croatian affiliate was celebrating its 15th anniversary. Invitees included all Croatian colleagues and the international top management. The objective was to celebrate together and bond the team spirit further, including a lot of bespoke fun activities.
Solution
We have rented a secluded private island - the island unknown even to the Croatian client - and organised a glamping style setting to provide a special experience in an environment full of comfort, but still extraordinary.
The attendees enjoyed the balmy late summer weather, the special pop up meals and all the outdoor programs, especially the ones that included jumping into the sea.

Brief
The aim of the trip was to get the company leaders of diverse countries and divisions together to enjoy a bit of sun in the middle of winter. Besides the annual business summary, the team wanted to take part in exhilarating outdoor adventures, some time to relax in a comfortable environment as well as indulging in special culinary experiences.
Solution
We chose the stunning Lanzarote as destination, part of the Canary Islands, with its mild winter temperature of 20 °C and above. The summit took place in a seaside conference centre. In the meeting breaks the participants enjoyed strolling along the beach and having a pick-me-up coffee in the sunshine.
One highlight of the trip was the popup dinner last night, that we organised in a volcanic crater in cooperation with a local artist. We dug the main course, a few organic young goatlings in the hot ashes the night before, and then the guests had to dig it out themselves the next day. According to the participants, they enjoyed a culinary experience that lived up to a Michelin star dinner.

The client was looking for a special spot for the annual summit location for the country leaders of an international company. The country leaders from 10 different countries were meeting to celebrate the successful year as well as the 20th anniversary of the company, besides planning the future.
Solution
We rented an exclusive mansion in Miami with its own pier. The mansion provided a luxury environment for the celebration of this special event. To make the most out of this unique location, we hired a famous private chef and bartenders to delight the participants with exceptional meals and tasty cocktails. Later on a live music band entertained the guests until dawn.
As one of the highlights of the program we sailed off the Florida coast with a superyacht that Puff Daddy is also known to use. The next day we drove with our own cabrios down to Key West and back - that was definitely a drive to remember!

Brief
The objective was to trigger out of the box strategic thinking and the planning of next year’s TV shows. The client was looking for an inspiring environment and outdoor activities to engage the colleagues in creative thinking.
Solution
We chose the Harpa Conference Centre as venue. The world famous building was designed by Ólafur Elíasson: its glass walls provide a unique view over the port of Reykjavík and the surrounding mountains. The setting was perfect for creative brainstorming and coming up with grand ideas for the next season.
The outdoor programs were based on the island’s natural wonders under the motto ‘Fire and Ice’: we organised a diversity of extreme activities
ranging from a visit to the inside of an active volcano to a ride on a glacier in a monster truck.

Brief
The client was looking for a team building to remember. Including some challenging outdoor activity that encourages everyone to expand their comfort zones, yet suitable for each and everyone’s fitness levels. Before and after the program they were requesting a luxurious environment to lay back and chill.
Solution
We organised an overnight climbing of the highest peak of Germany. We chose separate trails to make sure the trekking is a success for everyone. We formed groups based on skill and stamina, each having their own guide.
At the end of the day they all met near the highest peak of Germany where they spent the night in a 100 year old hut as a highlight. Staying in a wooden mountain hut setting with all its traditional charm was a unique experience for managers used to single occupancy hotel rooms when it comes to business travel. The attendees even had the chance to dip in an ice cold tarn under the stars.
For the day before and after trekking we booked an award winning boutique wellness hotel to make sure everyone had a chance to relax their sore muscles in a world class spa.
