What will your role be?
Although we’re based in Budapest, our focus extends beyond domestic events. Most of the time we start a project by building new partnerships.
Responsibilities include crafting comprehensive tender materials and delivering persuasive presentations to clients.
Selecting the subcontractors, hotels, restaurants, programs, and other services required for our events with impeccable taste.
Planning and overseeing the financial processes of the projects.
Organizing the capacity and workflow of the team required to implement the event.
Our work includes drafting event materials, primarily in English. Additionally, you will liaise with the creative team and producers.
You’ll need to gather the materials and tools necessary to execute the event, including passenger lists, transfer requests, room allocations, etc.
Being confident in on-site management, expect the assignment to involve 4-5 days of travel every few months.
Passing on operational information about the trip to tour guides if you do not personally join the event or trip.
Taking care of ad hoc tasks that arise during the trip and confidently dealing with any problems.
In addition to creative tasks, you are responsible for the financial closure of the project, which includes settling accounts with the client and conducting internal reporting.
What do we expect from you?
The ability to negotiate effectively and confidently in English is essential.
Having a higher education degree is required, and it’s advantageous if you have studied in the fields of tourism, hospitality, or marketing.
Handle pressure well and demonstrate a high level of responsibility.
Be proactive and open to mastering new and complex tasks.
Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
