You will guide groups of 12-24 people in our surf camps, motorcycle tours, freeride ski and snowboard camps abroad as well as help out with our company trips. It is important that you are experienced in one of the above mentioned sports.

We contact our passengers well before the trip. You will welcome them at the agreed meeting point, and you will be the first hand contact for them during and eventually after the whole trip for any questions.
You will be prepared about the destination, get to know the local habits and cultural traditions, check the gastronomy options so that you will be aware of which restaurant to go to and what to try at the spot.
Although the administrative tasks are handled by our back office colleagues, the passengers might ask you for help during the trip regarding some paperwork or other tasks. You will keep accurate and precise records of on-site costs, you are not afraid of handling larger amounts of cash.
It is important that as a tour guide, you are the first to wake and the last one to go to bed, you take care of the group and organize their everyday activities during the trip.
During the trips you will be in touch with the accommodation providers and our foreign service partners.
We take all the photos and videos on our online interfaces ourselves, and we would like to have a lot of new material about every trip, so it’s important that you love and know how to take photos and possibly make videos. We provide the tools.
You are experienced in guiding active trips.
You speak perfect English, and if we are lucky, you do well in German and/or Spanish too.
You are not afraid of responsibility, you are an open and kind personality, so we can trust you with taking care of our passengers.
You always look for a solution, in case of any questions or problems you find the right answer or thing to do.
You like eating local specialities from street food vendors, but you also don’t get discouraged by a Michelin star menu. You feel just as fine during wild camping as in a luxury hotel environment.
You are prepared from the given destination, you are happy to tell stories and are good at it, you can draw attention to yourself.
You are very skilled in one (or more) of the following sports: surfing, skiing, snowboarding, motorcycling, off-road riding. You can be of help to beginners and inexperienced passengers during the trip.
We are looking for a new team member on a project basis, for organized tours.
In addition to our offices in Budapest and Vienna, we check in from several parts of the world, so it’s not a problem if you don’t live in Budapest, the tour always starts and ends at the airport of the given destination.
You will be a member of a creative and dynamic team, we all love to travel and we passionately believe in what we do.
We have super cool passengers, some have been travelling with us for years, but there are always new passengers on every trip. Not only are our destinations international, our passengers also come from many different parts of the world, so you will travel with very exciting international groups.
