Alexa is a huge sports enthusiast, whether it’s board sports, horseback riding, or yoga—which, by the way, she loves to teach. If anyone embodies body awareness, it’s definitely her.

She feels right at home in nature, currently living in the Austrian mountains, and when she’s not traveling, she organizes GoBeyond trips for our business partners from there. You might also run into her on adventure and surf trips.

A true foodie, she ran her own poke bowl restaurant for years, and alongside her chef friend, she’s as comfortable navigating farmers’ markets and local food stalls as she is dining in Michelin-starred restaurants and premium boutique hotels.
