    For the destinations listed on our website, we rely not only on our extensive local knowledge but also on long-standing personal friendships and partnerships. As a result, we can easily and quickly organize personalized, private trips to these locations. However, our team has accumulated nearly two decades of experience in travel planning, having personally explored over 120 countries. We’re ready to take on any challenge, so feel free to reach out with your most adventurous ideas!

    Our travel experts are specialists and enthusiasts of various regions and activities. It’s likely that the destination or desired program will determine who will design your dream adventure.

    The main information we need is which trip you’d like to customize and any ideas you have for the program. If you’re looking to plan a trip that isn’t on our list, just let us know the destination (or any direction, like ‘from winter to summer’) and the activities you’d like to do (e.g., surfing, hiking, motorcycling, gourmet experiences). It’s also helpful to know how many people are traveling, when you want to go, and the length of the trip. With this info, we’ll send you a personalized proposal, which we can adjust together.

    Any of our trips can be realized with a group of six or more, but if you don’t need a guide from our agency, we’re happy to organize a trip with a smaller group as well.

    This depends on various factors, including seasonality (not all trips are available year-round) and the availability of our local partners. For a brand new trip, it may take 4-6 weeks from the initial brief to final booking, as we aim to thoroughly plan and guarantee the best possible adventure for you.

    This depends on what you want. There’s also the option to embark on the adventure independently, with us handling all the planning and providing you with all necessary information in advance. Our 24/7 helpline will still be available throughout the trip in case any unexpected issues arise. If you’d prefer, one of GoBeyond’s experienced guides can join you, who knows your destination well. In some cases, we also offer the option of a local, English-speaking guide for the entire trip or just a portion of it.
