In addition to trying out a different motorcycle every week, which you can follow on YouTube, Günti has been one of the most defining characters of the Balkan Rally from the very beginning. He’s traveled the Rally route countless times, and now, as a guide, he might show up on any of our motorcycle trips. He’s easy to spot because, while riding, one hand is on the handlebars and the other on his camera, capturing our most daring shots.

Language barriers rarely slow him down; he speaks three languages and can easily bring his saxophone to life at any jazz band’s concert. As an engineer by profession, he couldn’t be much cooler than he already is.

His endless humor and calm are contagious—something especially welcome when you’re enjoying extreme conditions at 5,500 meters!
