On a typical day, Vanda communicates across 4-5 time zones to ensure our travelers face no surprises during their adventures. If an unexpected situation does arise, she reorganizes any plan with the speed of a ninja, so our tour guides and local partners know they can always rely on her. Our travel planning team brings all their wild ideas to her, and she either gives wings to our dreams or helps us find our way back to practicality.

There’s a good chance the travel guide you’re browsing before departure came from Vanda’s hands—every little detail, pictogram, and punctuation mark is in place thanks to her precise and unwavering attention.

She is one of the pillars of our team and the best expert on our trips, which is vital since we may have five trips running simultaneously across three continents. In these moments, we need someone at the control panel who can oversee everything.

When travelling, she loves to take it slow and discover the true essence of places from the saddle. Her long-distance cycling adventures have taken her to around 10 countries so far.
