Panni has been directing others since kindergarten, and over the past 15 years, this has become her profession as an event organizer and project manager. She quickly falls in love, whether it’s with an exciting project or a spontaneous trip. While traveling the world from India to Canada, she got to know a wide variety of cultures and people, and she herself discovered the thrill of travel.

The business events she manages require extremely precise planning and management, where there is no room for error, and where any sudden problem or change must be addressed immediately. These challenges keep her constantly motivated, as does the fact that at GoBeyond, she finds partners for almost any unconventional venue choice or idea realization. This is how she organized an off-road rally in Tbilisi between two conference meetings, found the best speakeasy bar with a password in Tallinn, and sent a team to Lapland to sleep in a house with a glass roof under the northern lights.
